Since reintroduction of the parcel function it has been abused on a far more serious scale than before. Unfortunately our only option is to shut it down again with todays patch. We thank you for understanding.

If they don't change the way of parcel, i don't think parcel will back. After gold bug, now there's a hack to send AP CLOTHES by parcel. So, they need change the way to send parcel and I think it won't happen never!
