Ingame " Mini Freezes " or Framedropping"

I have a problem sometimes i have " Freeze Laggs " not normal 1 time or sometimes its all the time like Low Fps for example 20 FPS its like u try play with Windows 2000 Call of Duty Mw3 its impossible to run perfectly or react perfectly Ur keyboard commands works only delayed so its impossible to play sometimes a match without 0 faults and i cant play my own playstyle like i want " My playstyle based on " fast reacting and fast typing" Now about my pc AMD Phenom IIX 4 980 PRocessor 4,0GB Ram ,Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 Ti
in other games i dont have problems like that only in FT lol -.- and if i say freeze people think i search an excuse lol but seriously WTF? people will agree with me if they have similaire probs its like " U have 3242304230423030 Process and playing FT during another " Games and PRograms " Open lol i cant find any video on youtube atm to show u O: But i hope u know what i mean
