At first, this "FAQ" is just related by GacktCamui, I just translate it into our english language.

1. "cannot connect to patch server (1), (2) oder (3) "
A Firewall blocked the client. Please check up, if following datas are approved.
FT_Client.exe , FT_Launscher.exe , FT_Updater.exe

Should the problem still excist, please approve following Router setting at "TCP Ports".

2. "Illegale Software"

This message appears normally, if it detect "illegal activities" in Fantasy Tennis.
Including : Hacking / Bug Using / Glitching.

Also using programms of third bidder an other applications which dont jars with Fantasy Tennis.

3. Code (4200 -6)
Game Ban. Please write a Ticket to the "Fantasy Tennis - EN" department

4. Failed to unzip file. CODE : LC_1015

5. Failed to connect to the server. CODE : LC_1023

7. Failed connect to the Games server. Please try again later. ( code : 4202, -21 )

8. "Failed retrieving MD5 from the Update list File. CODE: LC_1040"
Install Internet Explorer 7 or higher.
Microsoft Updates should be up to date to.

9. Item list couldnt create.
Re-Install FT Client if applicable downloade FT new.

10. Network connecting error (Code=1,2)

11. Network connecting error (Code= -1,10057)
12. Network connecting error (Code =1,0)
13. User ID invalid (code 4002,-4)
14. Programm will be closed now ( code = 4000, -62 )
